Help around the store or spend a day at some local farms that supply the Co-Op! Our wonderful volunteer coordinator Pam can help you help us.

Volunteer at the store-we have several administrative tasks that volunteers can help us tackle
Invite your friends to check out Spokane’s only food co-op!
Sign up to Lend a Hand during a farm work-day where you can help a small, local farmer harvest or plant their crops
Serve on the Board of Directors
Attend monthly board meetings at the store
Attend Annual Member Meetings in April
Vote in annual elections
