General Manager Job Description

Salary Range: $40,000 - $52,000/Annually

 Minimum Qualifications: 1) General grocery, natural or organic grocery experience; 2) Competency to lead and manage staff of 25 persons; 3) Ability to read, interpret and communicate financial reports;  4) Capacity to assess risk and project return on investment.

 Preferred Qualifications: 1) Cooperative grocery experience; 2) College degree or minimum 5 years equivalent experience; 3) Experience working with or serving on a board of directors; 4)Exercise creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
