The Produce Box program is being temporarily suspended and restructured. They will be available until the end of 2011 and will likely be resumed sometime in January 2012. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, but promise the suspension is ultimatelty to benefit the longevity of the program! Check back for updates and the new start up date toward the end of January 2012.

We can accomodate a maximum of 2 substitutions, which MUST be specified when placing your order. We will provide an equivalent dollar value of produce substitution based on your request.

for pickup at our store!

 

 

Large Box $30/each (family size)

Small Box $15/each (for individuals or a couple)

 

How it works:

  • In order to guarantee freshness, boxes must be picked up on your specified delivery day- Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 10AM and 8PM.
  • Place your order online--at the LATEST--10AM the day before your pickup day. (Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday by 10AM)
  • During the growing season, produce boxes will consist of at least 75% LOCAL vegetables and fruits. The remainder of the box will be filled with complimentary fruits and veggies to help you make a good meal out of the local produce available (by throwing in, for example, broccoli, onions, garlic or a pepper).  We will make the boxes as kitchen friendly as possible by providing a good variety of complimentary produce.
  • When you come to the store to pick up your box, give the cashier your name (or the name under which the box was reserved). You can pay by cash, check, or card and we'll bring the box right out to you! We can easily add a produce box to any regular shopping you've done all in one transaction.
