The co-op deli offers a rotating selection of seasonal hot and cold food, as well as a made-to-order sandwich menu during lunch time and a grab-and-go case for when you’re really in a hurry. Omnivorous, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are always available, with care taken to ensure that ingredients are sourced as ethically as possible and everything is made from scratch. Two daily soups (1 vegetarian), sliced specialty meats with no antibiotics or nitrates, and delicious house-made cookies round out the assortment with something for everyone.
